Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to schedule an appt at Lavish. We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours and your appt can not be filled, you’ll be charged 30% of the appt missed. If you are a no call/no show, you will be charged 50% of your appt, no exceptions.
